Mr. Harnisch served as Editor for Wayne Law Review, 1968-1970; Trial Attorney, U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, 1970-1972; Assistant U.S. Attorney, Detroit, 1972-1975; Trustee, Historical Society of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, 1995-present; Franklin Village Council, 2000-2009; and is also a Member of the Board of Directors for Yamaha Motors Receivables Corp.

Background/Education

Mr. Harnisch was born in Deckerville, Michigan. He was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 1970, 1972, New York Bar in 1972, and the District of Columbia in 1981. He received a B.A. from Michigan State University in 1966 and eaned his J.D., cum laude, from Wayne State University (1970). He also attended New York University.
