Since 1977, Alan Rudzewicz has been providing legal expertise with the administration and planning of estates so that family assets and the future family legacy are protected. His practice concentrates on estate planning, estate tax, probate and trust administration, corporate law, business planning and real estate. He is the chairperson of the Strobl & Sharp Estate Section.
Mr. Rudzewicz regularly advises businesses and executives on business formation, legal compliance, family and succession planning, and sales and acquisitions. He also represents and counsels families on numerous aspects of probate administration, estate planning involving wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs planning, gift planning, estate and gift tax, and asset protection.
He frequently lectures local groups and professional organizations on estate planning and administration.
Mr. Rudzewicz is on the board of directors of various family and private foundations and is a member of the Lakes Area Chamber of Commerce.
