Experience/Honors Among many client legal and consulting projects, Mr. Ayar has second-chaired the representation of shareholders in sale of stock of a national consumer beauty products company to a private equity group for $24 million. He successfully helped an automotive supplier with a $20 million asset swap transaction and second-chaired the sale of an automotive supplier in bankruptcy for $40 million. Mr. Ayar also drafted a partnership agreement for a $20 million mining joint venture. Mr. Ayar advises a variety of businesses, entrepreneurs, developers and investors in the Corporate, Real Estate and Estate Planning practice areas. He serves a wide range of clients from on drafting and negotiating partnership and limited liability company agreements; business formations; asset purchases and sales; contracts; commercial transactions and loan documentation. Mr. Ayar has represented both landlords and tenants in connection with commercial office, retail and shopping center leases. He also works with clients on simple and complex federal estate and gift tax planning; and preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns. Community Organizations He serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Shenandoah Country Club. He also serves as a volunteer for the Chaldean federation of America Adopt-A-Refugee Family Program.
