Mr. Everly focuses on the needs of individuals, families and closely held businesses.  He advises businesses on a broad range of matters, including formation, tax and succession planning, and transactions.  Mr. Everly also counsels individuals and families on all aspects of estate planning ranging from the simple to complex, including revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs trusts, charitable trusts and gift planning, multigenerational and discounted gifts, estate and gift tax return preparation, and trust and estate administration.

Mr. Everly was admitted to the State Bar of Michigan in 1996.  He holds a B.S. from Georgetown University (1993), J.D. from Wayne State University (1996), and L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami (1999).
